Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Almost nothing. AI Magic Spells is a static site hosted on GitHub Pages with no backend database. We do not collect names, emails, or any personal information.

2. Cookies & local storage

We do not set tracking cookies. We may store a single localStorage value to remember your language preference (en/zh) across sessions. This is purely client-side and can be cleared at any time.

3. Third-party services

We may use Google Analytics to count anonymous visits and Cloudflare for CDN protection. These services have their own privacy policies. We may display Google AdSense ads on content pages; those ads use Google's own cookies.

4. Embedded resources

All images are loaded directly from the original source CDN (img1.aiart.pics). When you view a prompt page, your browser requests these images from that CDN, which sees your IP address per its own privacy policy.

5. Your rights

If you want your prompt removed from the gallery, see our contact. We will action valid takedown requests within 48 hours.

6. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Updates

We may update this privacy policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
